Two PostDocs Receive PSF Grants

Two postdoctoral research fellows in the Division of Plastic Surgery have received grants from the Plastic Surgery Foundation(PSF).
Dr. Mimi Borelli, a postdoctoral research fellow in Dr. Michael Longaker's Lab, was awarded a Pilot Research Grant. The $10,000 award will fund her research on cJUN and how it regulates a profibrotic wound healing response.
Dr. Dominic Henn received a $50,000 Translational Research Grant that will help to fund his research exploring whether autologous CRISPR/cas-edited dendritic cells enhance wound healing. Dr. Henn is a postdoctoral research fellow in Dr. Geoffrey Gurtner's lab.
