Dr. Liebert Joins Faculty

Dr. Cara Liebert will be joining the faculty as Assistant Professor of Surgery effective August 1, 2021.
"[Dr. Liebert] is a gifted educator and will serve as Assistant Surgery Clerkship Director, Surgery Core Clerkship and Director of Balance in Life, General Surgery Residency Program," wrote Division Chief Dr. Electron Kebebew in his announcement. "We look forward to her developing innovative medical education initiatives and her clinical contributions at the VA Palo Alto."
Dr. Liebert is an alumnus of the Stanford General Surgery Residency Program, a former Surgical Education Fellow, and is currently wrapping up her MIS fellowship at the VA.
