Dr. Choo Receives ICPF Precious Award

Dr. HyeRan Choo
Dr. HyeRan Choo received the David S. Precious Award from the International Cleft Palate Foundation (ICPF). The Precious Award was introduced in CLEFT 2016 (ICPF 2016 meeting in India) and goes to the best Scientific Presentation either academic research or clinical achievement. Choo presented “Split Orthodontic Airway Plate treatment for accelerated natural mandibular growth of neonates with Robin Sequence” at the 15th ICPF World Congress CLEFT 2023 in Seoul, Korea. Choo will travel to Tokyo, Japan for the 2024 annual meeting to give a memorial talk and officially receive the award.
Choo is a clinical associate professor in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
