Four residents have been selected to receive General Surgery Resident Professional Development (PD) Awards:

PD Awards are available to General Surgery residents in or entering their professional development years. The award amount is different amongst each awardee and based on the budget the applicant provides (including resident salary, equipment, supplies, patient care, etc.) Applications are evaluated on significance, innovation, approach, mentorship plan, and overall goals.
