Dr. Titan Finalist for PCSA Resident's Award

October 25, 2019

Dr. Ashley Titan, a general surgery resident, is a finalist for the Pacific Coast Surgical Association's (PCSA) Resident's Prize. Titan will present her work, "Surgery For Locally Advanced Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (pNETS)," at the PCSA's 91st Annual Meeting in Carlsbad CA in February 2020.

Titan is one of four finalists. The PCSA selected the highest rated Resident paper from each caucus to compete for the first place award. Titan and Stanford Surgery belong to the Northern California Caucus.

A panel of judges will score the presentations on clarity, style, and scientific content. Certificates and cash prizes will be awarded at the President’s Dinner.
